TERMS OF SERVICE
IMPORTANT:
When you commission me you are automatically agreeing with theese terms, so please read all of it carefully. Theres also important info you need to know as The Commissioner and/or if youre acquiring/giving away any of my adopts/designs so. Please read. Its not much really.If you knowingly and/or repeatedly break any of theese terms youll be banned from my bussines and content, and publicy blacklisted.GENERAL ART TOS✅Will draw :Fanart and OCs of any species

Certain Fetishes▶PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CONTACTING ME if you support/preach any kind of hate speech towards any minority/marginalized group and/or basic human rights.▶PLEASE KEEP IN MIND That I suffer from chronic wrist pain, and that can make a pretty slow artist sometimes, it can get pretty painful and me being unable to move my whole arm even-I will always give a heads up if there would be any delays in your commission (related to that or not), and you can ask me for updates (and refunds if necessary) whenever▶My art is for personal use only!You must ask me for permission to use it otherwise.▶Credit is necessary when posting art you have commissioned me in other plataforms, you can link either my DA, TH, Instagram or Twitter▶I RETAIN ALL THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT OF ALL MY ORIGINAL ART PIECES AND DESIGNS.
So, you cannot claim my art and/or designs as yours because they are still mine, even if I sold them to you. By default the only right youre paying for is to use them as you wish, and again, PERSONAL USE ONLY (basically, this means you cannot use them for profit).

(and ofc give me credits for the original piece)▶DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE.▶Refunds will be done depending on how much I have worked on your commission at that moment (Sample: if you order a colored fullbody and ask me for a refund when Ive already done the sketch, I will keep the price of the sketch and refund you the rest, and you can keep the sketch because you payed for it). You will get a total refund if I didnt start yet.▶I reserve the right to decline a commission/deny you service for whatever reason (clues: the "donts" section, if you match any (or more) of the labes described in the bolded point or if I think you are suspicious in any form)▶DO NOT SELL MY ART AS NFT. I DO NOT, AND WILL NEVER ALLOW THIS. YOU WILL BE BANNED FOREVER AND I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU. The same way, If you see my art being sold as NFT anywhere please report it to me.

The prices of my comms listed here are a general guide and can change a bit in every case, this will be discussed with the client but here are some modifiers to keep in mind:
>Character and/or piece complexity (+complex +expensive, the general fee per character is 2€-3€ tho)
>Polished state: A colored sketch will be cheaper than a lineart + color, or a sketchy, lines only pencil drawing will be cheaper than one with clean lines, grayscale colors and refined details for sample
>Extra characters (full price bc Im drawing a whole new character, unless the second chara is in a different polished state, or only showing halfbody, stuff like that)
>Style: (From most cheap to most expensive) Chibi, Cutesy Chibi, Default
GENERAL ADOPTS/DESIGNS T.O.S▶DM/Comment on the designated post to claim a design (first come first serve unless stated otherwise)▶If you are paying for the design, you must have the money ready!
I wont do holds anymore. (Ive been ghosted too many times Im very tired)-Art payments will be discussed but typically I dont mind waiting as long as we keep reasonable contact.
If you repeatedly ignore my interest check messages or ghost me in any form the character(s) will be reopened to the public after 2 months of silence.-After you pay ill send you the HD ref without the big watermark, and transfer the character if we are in Toyhouse (I can get you a code if necessary!)▶Once its yours, you can edit/redesign the design however you desire, but please keep a clean copy of the original (for the record and future trades), and give me credit for the original idea!✴For designs that were sold for money, you can resell them but only for the original price or less✴-The exception to sell them for more is when they come with extra commisioned art (aka art you payed for), and the value of that art will be added to their og worth-DESIGNS OBTAINED VIA TRADE OR GIFT CANNOT BE RESOLD.
>The only exception to this is if the traded design comes with commissioned art you, the current owner, payed for, and can only be resold for the value of said commission(s). This is to prevent people from profiting off my designs while allowing them to get the money they invested in the character back.▶MY DESIGNS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, If you wish to use them for commercial purposes you will need to DM me!
Im always open to discussion and we will work something out▶MY ORIGINAL SPECIES CANNOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
If you wish to commercially use a character you made of one of my original species, youll need to change their species into something else.
>If you wish to use an adopt by me of one of my original species we can discuss it the same I do with my one-off designs, but it will be 100% sure youll have to change their species.×CREDIT ME ANYTIME YOU USE MY DESIGN IN PERSONAL PROYECTS

Commission types & Price list
I have 3 defined art styles: Default, Chibi and Cutesy Chibi
And they can be chosen for any type of comm (unless stated otherwise), just tell me uvuAnd now the comm types:

✦Icons: There are 3 types, each one increases in complexity and price-Colorful (30-35$): crazy colors, decorations (sparkles usually), abstract bg, pretty experimental
-Mood (40-45$): more soft colors, the character is integrated in an actual discernible (in most cases,) scenery (photo bg, can be drawn but that increases price), more careful lineart, decor wont be present unless you want it
-Painted (50-55$): Can be either colorful or mood, just the character will be painted (see digital paintings for samples)
✦Pixels: 3 types, each one increases in complexity and price
-Tiny Sprite 100x100 (15$): Fullbody, characters are greatly simplified and chibis, keep that in mind.
-Pagedolls 200x200 or 300x300 (17$-20$): Same as above, but with more detail since theyre bigger
-Binary portraits 500x500 or 600x600 (17$): Pretty experimental, made with the Binary pen in Sai. I like to use minimal palettes but you can request otherwise (complexity increases price)
✦Extra:
-Using my Cutesy Chibi instead of usual chibi style adds +3€ to final price
-I can also do non-chibi pagedolls and icons (but icons would be just the face, see Fido in samples), using my default style increases price adds +5€ to the total price of each pixel, more if your character is complex
✦Chibis: 2 styles, each one increases in complexity and price
-Chibi (20$): Funny, expressive, dynamic little guys, usually kinda messy lineart
-Cutesy Chibi (35$): Mega Cute Kawaii Fancy Big Eyed and More Detailed Babies, might get experimental
✦Digital Paintings:
NO LONGER AVAILABLE I just cant bear with them with my current state and skills,Just leaving the samples for the icons
✦Pencil Drawings: Self explanatory asdf They can be laminated and shipped to you if desired, but you will cover the shipping cost!
-Busts are 15$, halfbodies 19$ and fullbodies 25$ (price will vary depending on how defined/detailed you want it to be)
-You can ask for a full BW drawing, BW + Highlight color, monochromatic or very limited 2 or 3 colors palette OR rainbow pencil (or a mix of all of theese, price is the same)
-I have various types of rainbow pencil ask for them if youre interested
✦Extra:
-Pencil lines + digital color: Same prices as above, just add +3$ for the coloring,+5$ if shaded (this type of comm is a fav of mine)
-BW copic&pencil doodles: My cheapest and fastest option, 7$ for headshots, 10$ for halfbodies and 14$ for fullbodies
✦Fake Traditonal Doodles: Experimental and quick doodles made with the software Realistic Paint Studio that gives an amazing traditional look to the drawing
18$ for portraits 25$ for halfbody (or fullbody if feral/quad)
